It talks about how people can become obsessed with their appareance. Something I really loved is when Reggie talks about that surgery, can’t bring you happiness, so if you have low self esteem, nothing will make you feel beautiful <3

I’m 5’7” and I went from 172 to (around) 130! Not much weight loss, but a lot of fat loss! I feel so much healthier now that I’m not eating junk all the time and just sitting on the couch.Thank you!

INNER THIGH WORK OUT
aim for 50 reps each
I’m doing gif #4 and was able to do a steady 20 count yesterday and 30 counts today. I will include this on my 30 days in increments of 10.
Let me see what will happen since I really need to lose those inner thighs fat deposits.

Make frozen smoothie packs every Sunday to last the whole week. When you’re ready to enjoy a smoothie just pick a bag and blend! Simple and quick. I used to do something similar to this. Time to get back in the habit!
